One solid piece of gemstone large enough to cut for our writing instruments are very rare. Therefore, imported gemstone is pulverized into ultra-fine particles, cleaned and purified. Using a proprietary process that has taken two decades to perfect, the gemstone is combined with other natural ores and pigments under extreme pressure. Acrylic gem resin binds the gemstone particles re-creating the hardness and structural integrity of the original. The final product is referred to as reconstituted stabilized gemstone. This is the exact same material found in jewelry stores in rings, watches and necklaces. We have been producing this product in block form for the jewelry industry for some time now. In fact, most turquoise jewelry is made of stabilized gemstone. We believe we are the only manufacturer able to reproduce the gemstone in a way that it is impossible to differentiate it from the natural original stone. Our writing instruments can be personalized for your company or organization. Our writing instruments come in a black leatherette hinged box, imprint will be on the inside of the box. There is an outer box which holds the leatherette box along with a certificate of authenticity and a description of the gem stone enclosed.
